What to bring to your first visit

Here’s a practical checklist for a first doctor visit after a motor vehicle accident (MVA): Driver’s license or photo ID, health insurance card, auto insurance/PIP (claim number if available), police report or accident report & contact information for your attorney/adjuster. We handle coordination with your adjuster directly from our system.
